Transform Your Workflow: GO Smart’s New Grant Manager Dashboard
The GO Smart team has big news — we have completed a total rehaul of GO Smart’s grant manager dashboard! Our goal is to enhance your grant management efficiency, and we are confident these updates will save you valuable time. We’ve added the ability to searchand filterby more fields, update status and panel assignments en masse, add tags, and customize your dashboard columns! Read on to learn more about these exciting additions and updates!
Say hello to a brand new search feature and say goodbye to scrolling endlessly through lists! With just a few clicks, search by application numbers, applicant or organization names, or tags (yup, we’ve got tags now!) to streamline your workflow and take back your time.
Filter Tool
Just like the search field, the filter tool allows you to focus on the applications that matter most to you at the moment. Filter by status, user type, Category-Sort-Select responses, tags, and panel assignments.
⭐WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Filter and Search selections will hold until you either reset them, select a new cycle, or log out.
Mass Update Tool
Are you tired of updating each entry one by one? We’ve got you covered! With our new mass update feature, you can make bulk changes to your applications in a snap. Whether you need to update the status or panel assignment for some or all records, our mass update feature will empower you to modify your applications efficiently and effortlessly.
⭐WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Selecting a filter and clicking ‘Select All’ will only include the records currently displayed on the page. You may need to increase the number of “Records Displayed” in order to do a single mass update, or you will need to update each page of displayed records one page at a time.
⭐WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: When mass updating panel assignments, you will want to select applications only in the following statuses:
Intent to Apply Received
Intent to Apply Approved
Received
Pending
Approved
Funded
Tags
We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear. Give your applications a customized label with our new tagging feature! Whether you want to categorize applications, indicate who has been paid, note whose final report is approved, or more, tags will help you keep everything organized and easily searchable. With the ability to add up to five tags to each application, you’ll have greater flexibility and control over your workflow.
⭐WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Simply start typing your desired tags into the ‘Add Tag’ field and either add new ones or select from your existing list. There is no need to save each tag individually as you add them.
Dashboard Column Customization
Your dashboard, your way! We understand that every grant admin has unique preferences and priorities, which is why we’re introducing dashboard column customization. You can tailor your dashboard to display the information that matters most to you. With the ability to customize columns, you’ll have a personalized view of your data that enhances your productivity and decision-making.
⭐WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Select up to four additional columns at a time from a range of profile fields, including username, email, phone, and…of course, tags!
Design Changes and Default Settings
We’re giving the whole dashboard a fresh new look! Get ready to experience a sleeker, more modern design that enhances usability and aesthetics. From updated buttons and tables to refined layouts, our style changes are designed to make your user experience smoother and more enjoyable.
We’ve made it much easier to view statuses grouped by application cycle form (application, intent to apply, interim, and/or final report). Along with all of the great changes to the application table layout and capabilities, you’ll notice that some columns have been renamed, regrouped, or uncoupled. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the new column headers and options.
By default, your dashboard will load with 25 records to ensure your smoothest experience, regardless of your connectivity or number of records. You can always select a higher count that better suits your needs after the page has initially loaded.
